Roles & Responsibilities :
- Responsible for planning, development and implementation of Organization's marketing strategies, marketing communications, and public relations activities, both external and internal.
- Develop the annual marketing plan in line with business strategy and develop marketing calendar, budget and media plan
- Execute promotions activities including Road shows, events with industry associations for Trade Fair Marketing and relationship management with key decision makers of MICE corporates, FAM trips, etc.
- Relationship Management - Build and nurture relationship with Tourism Boards, Air Lines, Industrial Associations, Corporate, Consulates, Educational institutes and other Travel Trade organizations to ensure Joint marketing, brand promotion
- Generate leads through execution of marketing plan and support to achieve business unit and organizational targets
- Develop CRM strategy and workflow. Utilize customer database to drive repeat sales and incentivize cross sales
- Conduct market research, gather customer and competitor intelligence and provide insights to business units.
- Analyze emerging trends and conceptualize product and service offering for the target customers
- Liaison with PR and advertising agency to execute campaigns
- Marketing, communications and public relations
- Media Planning : Coordinate media interest in the Organization and ensure regular contact with target media and appropriate response to media requests. Act as the Organization's representative with the media.
- Design and development of marketing literature
- Responsible for editorial direction, design, production and distribution of all Organization publications
- Coordinate the appearance of all Organization print and electronic materials such as letterhead, use of logo, brochures, etc.
- Development and implementation of the Brand strategy.
- Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns (print and digital) and assess effectiveness
- Manage the budgets for Marketing and Communications spending. The income must be monitored to make sure that the resources are used efficiently to help achieve business priorities.
Digital Marketing :
- Review and enhance online presence and devise digital strategy
- Develop, implement, track and optimize our digital marketing campaigns across all digital & online channels.
- Plan and execute all web, SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns.
- Design, build and maintain our social media presence to improve media presence & recognition.

- Must be a strong communicator, have excellent written, presentation, oral communications and interpersonal skills.
- Must be able to think creatively and strategically, have excellent judgement and be able to work in a changing environment.
- Demonstrated skills, knowledge and experience in the design and execution of marketing, communications and public relations activities.
- Demonstrated successful experience writing press releases, making presentations and negotiating with media.
- Computer literacy in word processing, data base management and page layout.
- Hands on experience in Social Media management and Digital Marketing
Qualifications :
- Minimum of 8 to 12 years experience in marketing, communications or public relations with demonstrated success, preferably in the Travel & Tourism Sector and candidates with proven B2B experience in Industries like Social Media, Credit Card industry etc
- MBA or Bachelors degree in journalism, marketing, public relations preferred. Graduate degree in a related field is desirable.
- Experience must include strategic planning, communications planning and management, marketing and media relations
