Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to achieve business objectives and drive revenue growth.
- Identify target customer segments across all markets and create campaigns to effectively reach them.
- Lead efforts in brand positioning and messaging to ensure a consistent and compelling brand identity across all channels.
- Oversee the creation of marketing collateral including advertising materials, website content, and social media assets.
- Drive digital marketing initiatives across various channels, including social media, email marketing, SEO, and PPC.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics to assess effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
- Develop strategies to acquire new customers and expand the customer base.
- Implement customer retention programs to increase loyalty and lifetime value.
- Collaborate with product and technology teams to execute marketing requirements and align efforts.
- Build and lead a high-performing marketing team to ensure successful execution of marketing initiatives.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing or related fields.
- Experience: 10+ years of proven experience in handling marketing roles, with a focus on digital marketing, brand management, and customer acquisition strategies.
Experience in the travel industry is a plus.
- Industry Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of marketing best practices, digital marketing techniques, and brand management.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to present and articulate marketing strategies effectively.
- Decision-Making Skills: Strong decision-making abilities with a deep understanding of market dynamics, customer behavior, and strategic planning.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Exceptional problem-solving skills to address marketing challenges promptly and effectively.
