Designation: Head of Division (Marketing)

Role:

Take the leadership role in managing the division from both a P&L and brand perspective. The role is expected to develop the business plan matching the goals of the current org and manage, build and guide the team to reach the business plan target. Develops marketing strategy by studying economic indicators; tracking changes in supply and demand; identifying customers and their current and future needs; monitoring the competition.

Job Description:

1. Contributes to marketing effectiveness by identifying short-term and long-range issues that must be addressed; providing information and commentary pertinent to deliberations; recommending options and courses of action; implementing directives.

2. Provides short and long-term market forecasts and reports by directing market research collection, analysis, and interpretation of market data.

3. Influences present and future products by determining and evaluating current and future market trends.

4. Achieves financial objectives by preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions.

5. Completes marketing department operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results.

6. Maintains team results by counseling and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.

7. Develops team by providing information, educational opportunities, and experiential growth opportunities.

8. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Salary offered: 10 - 12 LPA
