The Organization (About the Client)

Our client is a mid-size high growth group into training / education (20+ units, 8+ locations with plans to double each of above in next 5 years).

In addition there are independent group companies dealing with

(1) Civil Projects & Interiors

(2) Education Technology

(3) Supplies

(4) Transport

The plan is to extend reach to serve external customer too and double the turnover in three years.

In addition the group is planning to diversify vertically and horizontally.

The Role / Job Description:

(1) Brand Building

(2) Direct Marketing

(3) Customer Acquisition & Retention

(4) CRM

(5) Product Management

The Candidate Details:

(1) Age : Around 40 yrs

(2) MBA (Premium)

(3) Consumer Durables or Service Industry (Retail, Financial Services, QSR, Telecom, Education, Hospitality & Health Care)

(4) Should have rich experience in Brand Building, ATL, BTL, Direct Marketing, Customer Acquisition & Retention

(5) Mix of B2C Sales, Product Management and Customer Service would be ideal.
