- Development of Strategic direction on the category & translation of Strategy into action plans across the brand drivers (Product, Communication, Service, Retail, Consumers) for short, medium and long term.
- Continuous monitoring & management of financial performance of the category, Volume, Revenue, Costs, Gross Margins & OP.
- Ensure maximum ROI for each marketing plan (ATL / BTL) to propel brands to success within the stipulated time.
- Adhering to Corporate guidelines and messaging. Ensuring synergies and supporting Corporate teams in driving Corporate and brand goals
- Conceptualize and implement Schemes and promotion (Consumer and Trade) as per the market needs.
- Drive Brand Health of the category through effective strategies & actions in Media, Communication, Consumer Activation in Market, Retail & Service.
- Develop sharp understanding of the consumer and leverage the insights into actions across product and brand drivers.
- Develop marketing / business plans to propel category growth, market share & overall profitability.
- Develop the communication strategy & positioning on the category & create effective execution through the regional marketing team.
