Our client a Leading Telecom company in Chennai are looking for " Marketing Head"
Job Description :
Role:
- Proven Work Experience in Product Launches, Product Marketing,Branding, Marketing Communications,Go to Market Strategies
- Spread voice of the customer across the Organization by interacting with all the departments and regions.
- To direct teams that executes the day-to-day tactics. This includes things like pay-per-click campaigns, seo tactics, content development, website projects, and social media promotion, Brand, Product and content.
- In addition to defining the products and setting the vision, you will work with product marketing to formulate Go-To-Market strategies, measure actual business impact, and refine the products further, you will demonstrate a good understanding of the marketing ecosystem and will bring in new ideas to maximize revenue
- You will work with external advertising/ creative agencies in designing advertisement, promotional campaigns, plan ATL/ BTL activities to build a bigger brand image
- Ideally we expect will possess strong Product Management and Product Marketing experience and the ability to effectively work to bring in products to capture wide range of consumers
- Varied experience in Product Management; Product Marketing; Growth Hacking; Customer Retention, Business operations and People Management
- Strong understanding of digital marketing/ online advertising and app monetization or a similar industry experience
- Proven experience managing and facilitating the product lifecycle from Product Development/ Product concept (the planning phase) to completion.
- To develop a road map, build strategies and come up with foresight to make changes in organization, team, and personal skill set to align with the company goals and objectives.
- Develop segmentation, competitive analysis/market intelligence, prospecting, lead generation, product and market development, pricing, promotions, communications and budgets, sales force effectiveness, strategic planning, services units and revenue retention and growth.
- Prepare Presentations for Corporate Sales Managers
- Liaise with account managers to develop specific sales strategies
- Marketing Promotional Activities
Responsibilities:
- Candidates from Top Business Schools are Preferred.
- Will be closely working with Accounts Managers,
- Responsible for the achievement of marketing/ communications/ public relations mission, goals and financial objectives.
- Drive and implement all marketing activities to ensure on-brand positioning and awareness across all aspects of the marketing mix
- Lead and drive marketing communication, ensure clear and powerful messages about the product, brand and value proposition to each market segment
- Define and coordinate marketing programs for demand creation and lead generation with our Sales team and implement lead-tracking and management processes
- Manage all aspects of marketing planning, budgeting, metrics and reporting
- Implement and leverage the latest marketing tools and technologies
- Work closely with the Accounts to ensure all marketing goals, campaigns and strategies are perfectly aligned with the Sales Strategy
- Utilize critical market & competitive research to segment and define target markets, refine and improve the product value proposition and implement the best market-penetration strategy
- Manage external agencies and relationships with marketing services
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with industry thought-leaders, marketing associations and advisors
