Hiring Head Marketing for a leading Tech company in Gurgaon

- Looking for a strong leader and visionary who can take the organization to the next level of growth and Global expansion.

- P&L Management, Budgeting and planning shall be an integral part of the portfolio.

- The incumbent shall be responsible for Planning and Managing the annual marketing strategy to deliver on key brand KPIs

- Responsibilities will include enhancing the brand identity and positioning it internationally.

- Shall be involved in planning and managing all content creation and development

- Shall lead the digital and social media strategy and planning

- The incumbent will also leading Sales, Business Development and Lead Generation.

- Shall be organizing various Online / Events- Webinars - HR Tech Events - to enhance the brand image.

- Will also be required to secure compliance to branding guidelines and global initiatives.

- Working on tracking and reporting of market trends including competitor activities.

- Providing direction, motivation & training to the marketing team for ensuring optimum performance for all the departments.

- 15+ years of experience.

- Should have Graduated/PG from a premiere institute.

- Should have experience in taking the organization to the Global level.

- Strong expertise in the B2B market segment.

- Shall be working towards the brand identity, positioning, content, media buying and overseeing all brand communication
