Head - Marketing - Switchgears

Task:

- Management and further development of the solution offering and market positioning for energy distribution in control cabinet construction in close cooperation with development and sales

- Active participation in the planning, budgeting and conception of promotional activities as well as controlling the marketing mix

- Development of tools to support effective marketing of the solution offering by the sales team

- Coordination and control of market launches and participation in trade fairs

- Continuous monitoring of standards, competition and markets

- Control, evaluation and interpretation of all relevant key figures, the progress of projects and the achievement of objectives of measures

Professional requirements, required skills and knowledge:

- Completed university or technical college studies as an electrical or industrial engineer with a focus on electrical engineering or a technician specializing in electrical engineering; Vocational training in the field of electrical installation technology is an advantage

- Expertise in the area of energy distribution (particularly in the area of - low-voltage main distribution systems is an advantage)

- Ideally experience in the area of project planning of energy distribution and switchgear construction

- Basic business knowledge

- Good written and spoken English knowledge
