- Understand the sunglass consumer across consumer segments for all 3 brands to devise suitable strategies.

- Crafting and leading all marketing and brand initiatives to acquire and retain customers, enhance usage, build loyalty.

- Demonstrate deep understanding of competition; global and local trends in the category.

- Lead sunglasses fashion in India with the portfolio of brands.

- Create, manage and own the 12 month marketing calendar.

- Drive brand health scores as per metrics for each brand.

- Product Portfolio management of Sunglasses comprising of over 300 SKUs and Sunglasses comprising of over 150 SKUs across price bands and style spaces.

Marketing

- Conceptualize and plan impactful and innovative advertising campaigns to drive sales and aspiration for the brand

- Creation of 360 degree campaigns across all marketing media - TV, Print, Digital, Press, Outdoor etc.

- Own and drive brand metrics thereby ensuring brand salience & imagery scores are as per targets

- Own & drive communication across all digital platforms - Website, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Blog

Product Management

- Develop innovative and differentiated new products as per global eyewear trends to lead the category in the Indian Market by working closely with designers and sourcing to lead fashion and stay competitive on price.

- Implement a successful pricing & promotion strategy to ensure that top and bottom line targets are met

- Launch new products to maintain an optimal range and choice across price bands / customer segments / store types

Category and Brand health

- Enhance each business segment and define plans to ensure top of mind and preference for Sunglasses and Sunglasses among the target groups

Pricing

- Formulation of a profitable pricing strategy ensuring a - Value For Money- offering to the customer

Market Research

- Spearhead consumer behavior, competitor mapping and market understanding through research & market visits and ensure products are in line with the trends
