About our Client - Our client is a leading India Sports Nutrition & Dietary Supplements company with over a decade of operations and an ever-increasing India footprint. They are in the process of raising funds and are poised for exponential growth with existing presence in over 20 cities. They need a strong Head Marketing Strategy & Planning to work directly with the MD and drive impact in the business.

Job Description - In this role, the incumbent will be responsible for:

- Strategic Marketing, Digital Marketing, Branding, Annual Planning & Budgeting, Communication, Events, Creating channels for internal as well as external communication

- Conduct effective and accurate market research and apply this information to increase market share.

- Ensure the confidentiality of the customer list, mailing lists and other sensitive company information.

- Update management on business process and operating plan and financial model and profitability.

- Forecasting future markets and target groups.

- Leading the marketing team to do brand building and market positioning of products.

- Responsible for making advertising plans and planning events and exhibitions.

- Responsible for all functions in digital and social media marketing.

- Should have experience of segmentation, influencer marketing, online behavioral advertising, and collaborative environment.

- Devising strategies to drive online traffic to the company website & tracking conversions.

- Managing online brand and product campaigns to raise brand awareness.

The Successful Candidate - You will be an MBA in Marketing with ~6-10 years of experience ideally in fitness/sports category and a strong experience of strategic marketing & planning, market research and digital marketing. The incumbent must have exemplary communication and clear concepts of using marketing & advertising. Expertise in managing PPC, SEO and affiliate programs is desirable alongside a strong understanding of current online marketing trends. Knowledge of website analytics, optimizing pages and using landing funnels coupled with expertise in various digital platforms like Adwords, Facebook, Ad Networks and Google Analytics to drive digital marketing and campaign analytics across various channels is ideal.
