We have an immediate and a very exciting opportunity from one of our clients in India. Our client is an established and fast growing Organization in the domain of Pharma and other products. They offer their products to all Hospitals and Institutions. To support their rapid growth they are looking to hire a Head of Marketing at the earliest. The incumbent will be responsible for Pan India marketing, creating marketing strategy, reaching out to KOL/KBLs, organizing CMEs etc. This is a great opportunity for those who wish to manage a rapidly growing Brand independently.

To qualify for this position you should:

- Be a BPharm/Biotech/BSc with MBA (Sales & Marketing) or similar

- Have 15+ years of experience in the Pharma / Clinical Nutrition & Similar

- Have exp in Marketing to Hospitals & Doctors

- Have experience in influencing specialist doctors, KOLs/KBLs

- Have exp in P&L, Brand Management, Product Management etc

- Have exp in executing large CME Programs

- Have experience in creating & executing a result oriented marketing strategy

- Be a grounded personality and manage to connect with all levels of employees

- Have exp in analyzing & identifying market, business forecasting etc

- Have exp in annual budgeting, product management, product pricing etc

- Have exp in business expansion, process formulation, problem identification & resolution, etc

- Possess good communication & decision making skills

- Be from Mumbai or have strong roots here
