Qualification:An Engineer with MBA/PGDBA in Marketing from a reputed Business School.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- A premier steel producing company looking for a Marketing Head for their Integrated Steel Plant.

- The candidate should have worked in the Steel Manufacturing industry, in units with a minimum production capacity of 2.5 MT per annum.

- The Marketing head will be a part of the senior management team and is expected to work in a challenging environment; develop and execute marketing/product/communication strategies to meet company's goals in brand equity, market penetration, customer service and value realisation.

- He should have past experience in this specific domain and be a good leader; create and lead an effective team.
