Job Responsibilities: Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Strategy and Execution:
- Conceptualizing, planning and implementing a comprehensive marketing & branding strategy (TTL) to ensure strong positioning in the market for achieving growth vis-a-vis targets by executing the marketing strategy
- Formulate, direct and supervise marketing activities to promote coupon magazine
- Market on various digital platform
- Plan & arrange promotional events, road shows, fairs, product presentation in various forums and organizations to establish market
- Market and promote the magazine on various digital forums
- Develop the brand name and awareness for company and supporting the sales team whenever required
- Strategy and Execution - 40%
- Ensure Marketing strategy for 2015-2016 is finalised by ___
- Ensure budget and manpower requirement is finalized by_________
- Ensure visibility of on alteast ____ platforms quarterly/yearly
- Ensure profitability on the investment
- Ensure the sales overhead expenses remains within the budget
Business Intelligence:
- Ensure regular market research to collect market feedback on different products sold from time to time and understand market trend for products
- Keep abreast the current customer trends, their buying appetite and various ways of influencing them
- Conduct in-depth competitor analysis, their marketing plans, branding strategy, associations, offers etc. to build a strong product position for in the market
- Study on various forums where can be promoted and will improves sales
- Business Intelligence - 30%
- Ensure submission of market research and market potential and branding activities on monthly basis
Customer Relations:
- Build and maintain strong working relationship with associations and agencies which would help in branding and promotion of
- Ensure analysis of feedback from key customer to maintain smooth relationship and enhance the magazine
- Customer Relations - 10%
- Report on analysis of customer feedback
Operations, MIS and Documentation:
- Ensure adherence to SOP's formulated and strive continuously to improve the same
- Ensure all relevant information is passed on to internal team of sales and alliances
- Ensure Monthly monitoring of Marketing activities through reports and timely submission of all required MIS to management
- Responsible for safeguarding of all documents and ethical conduct in the organisation
- Operations, MIS & Documentation-10%
- Ensure 100% adherence to policies, &SOP's
- Timely submission of all MIS required
Qualification /Work Experience/ Competencies/ Customers:
Graduate: 7-10 years.
- Knowledge and experience of digital platforms is a must
