About Gobbly:

- Gobbly is a startup within the f&b retail space that aims to provide immediate access to fresh, healthy and curated F&B products via an automated seamless purchase experience for its customers.

- Target markets include corporate offices, college hostels, gyms, apartment complexes, no frills hotels, co-working spaces and co-living hostels.The USP is a Smart IOT enabled fridge that registers inventory record in real time and vastly simplifies the purchase experience; Create an account - Scan QR code on fridge - Open the door and pick up product of choice - shut the door - enjoy the meal/product.

- The machine auto detects the product chosen and deducts the price from the consumer's e-wallet in the form of Gobbly coins, while maintaining a live record of inventory data and sales in each machine. Gobbly is now looking to introduce & expand its machine footprint in target locations where it seeks to arrive at the optimal product mix for each machine to carry by leveraging the data it gathers in real time regarding consumer preferences and purchase habits. It is has been seed funded by Sauce.vc (An early stage consumer vc fund)

About the role :

The Head of Marketing will play a key role across the marketing funnel. You will report directly to the CEO and will be responsible for building the brand in its entirety. This will include crafting strategies for all marketing teams, including digital, advertising, communications and creative while preparing marketing budgets and setting team goals . This is an incredible opportunity to create a strong impact in a unique and growing F&B tech startup.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and implement the brand strategy through broad and micro-campaigns

- Define brand positioning basis consumer insights

- Monitor and ensure coherence in all aspects of the brand - design, communication, packaging etc.

- Translate brand objectives into plans and go-to-market strategies

- Manage a small Marketing team (2) who are focused on performance marketing and on-location activation respectively

- Manage creative development to motivate the target audience to take action

- Manage marketing budgets and brand P&L

- Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess ROI basis steep targets and defined KPIs

- Monitor market trends, research consumer markets, and competitors- activities

- Oversee new and ongoing marketing campaigns across media and advertising activities

- Devise innovative growth strategies in traditional and non-traditional channels

- Align the company around the brand's direction, choices, and tactics

- Explore and implement brand associations

- Work with agencies in a cost-effective manner
