- Run the Marketing department in ways that promote higher profitability and competitiveness.

- Crafting strategies for all Marketing teams

- Preparing and managing monthly, quarterly and annual budgets for the Marketing department

- Generating unique sales plans, creating engaging advertisements, emails, and promotional literature, developing pricing strategies, and meeting marketing and sales human resource objectives.

- Setting, monitoring and reporting on team goals

- Leadership skills with the ability to set and prioritize goals

- Analytical mind
