About our Client:
Our client is a global MNC present in nearly 50 countries, specializing in the prepaid employee services for businesses. They have aggressive growth plans for India and want to become market leaders within the service portfolio they cater to. They are looking for a Head of Marketing and Solutions, with pan India scope of responsibility.
Job Description:
Reporting to the MD & CEO of India business, the key accountabilities will be:
Planning and Budgeting:
- Evaluate long, medium and short-term marketing plans and budgets to ensure all marketing costs are reviewed and controlled within agreed parameters and marketing spends are delivering positive ROI
Advertising & Brand Management:
- Develop and implement the Brand Strategy to increase response rates and enhance brand awareness
Product Development & VAS:
- Evaluating the changing trends in the market, assessing the various business opportunities and evaluating company's international portfolio of products for introduction in the Indian market. Being the custodian of the innovation process and developing Value Added Products/Services and sales support material
Revenue Generation:
- Deliver robust and cost effective marketing programs, solutions and campaigns that meet the immediate and longer term needs of business and stakeholders. Spearhead direct marketing initiatives to drive demand generation through customer acquisition, portfolio enhancement and extension, delivering favorable ROI
Solutions - Tele Marketing, Operations, Sales Support and Digital Marketing:
- New client acquisition and creating a robust digital marketing strategy to generate response/revenue
- Public Relations /Corporate Communication besides Internal Communications
- Affiliate and Customer Relationship:
- Manage Affiliate and Customer relationships in conjunction with the related Team to motivate them to partner with us and increase visibility
The Successful Candidate:
- 10+ years of blended marketing experience with knowledge of Card environment would be an added advantage.
- MBA/PGDBM in marketing preferably from a premier institute with exposure to advertising/brand management, direct marketing, PR, Corporate Communication, demand generation, pricing, marketing strategy or in any B2B industry where there is exposure in Marketing/ Channel handling.
- The incumbent should have the ability to work in a dynamic environment and multi task while managing a team and driving strategic initiatives.
- Candidates from BFSI, IT/ITES, eCommerce, Payment Solutions, Logistics, Telecom (Corporate), Retail (Institutional)or any other B2B services industry desirable
