- The candidate should have an innovative mindset and should be customer-obsessed.

- Requires a Master's degree in Business, Marketing or any related field, along with a prior experience of 4+ years. The location of this role is Ahmedabad but might entail travel throughout Gujarat.

- Female candidates preferred.

- Possesses knowledge and experience of building brands and selling products.

- Helping clients with relevant marketing advice and suggestions.

- Ability to write in-depth reports in terms of research findings and analysis of the competitors, their marketing and promotional activities.

- Experience in sales & business with a proven track record of increasing revenue by 2-5 times.

- Suggest appropriate marketing decisions on the subject of budgets and approaches, ensuring the fulfilment of sales objectives.

- Prior experience in developing efficient advertising techniques to solidify the company's marketing presence.

- Monitoring feedback and sales, as well as fine-tuning marketing strategies to the company's requirements when needed.

- Possesses the ability to set up basic processes like CRM, etc.

- Impeccable presentation and communication skills, along with creativity and an eye for detail.

- Ability to plan, organize, multitask; a problem-solver and a self-starter.

- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with exceptional commitment towards client-focus.
