- 10-15 years of experience in sales & marketing in FMCG industry.
- Meets marketing and sales financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; initiating corrective actions.
- Monitor channel sales and marketing activities; implementing effective strategies to maximise sales and accomplishment of revenue, collection targets
- Conduct market research and launch new brands in the market.
- Building ATL, BTL strategy, its implementation & monitoring. Accountable for brand building, devising concepts for activities to be conducted for different customer groups.
- Deciding on media's to be used and their economic viability,
- Support Company's Digital campaigns and push sales & marketing through ecommerce.
- Identifies marketing opportunities by identifying consumer requirements; defining market, competitor's share, and competitor's strengths and weaknesses;
- Improves product marketability and profitability by researching, identifying, and capitalizing on market opportunities.
- Identify and network with channel partners, resulting in deeper market penetration and reach.
- Responsible for demand forecasting & managing inventory pipeline at outlets, ensuring optimum inventory levels with channel partners to ensure timely deliveries to the customers
