- Craft strategies for all Marketing teams, including Digital, Advertising, Communications and Creatives
- Leading and Managing the Marketing performance and SEOs
- Design branding, positioning and pricing strategies
- Analyse market trends, demographics and other relevant information to form market strategies
- Ensure our brand message is strong and consistent across all channels and marketing efforts (like events, email campaigns, web pages and promotional material)
- Monitor competition (acquisitions, pricing changes and new products and features)
- Communicate with various media buyers, advertising agencies, printers and other services to help marketing projects come to fruition
- Identify opportunities to reach new market segments and expand market share
- Align marketing results with larger objectives of the company for driving conversations
- Track all marketing and sales data and create detailed written reports and verbal presentations to bring to senior management
- Prepare and manage monthly, quarterly and annual budgets for the Marketing department
- Coordinate sales and marketing efforts to boost brand awareness
- Set, monitor and report on team goals
