Head of Marketing - SAAS Bangalore based
Job role :
- Owning marketing vision with high-impact strategy planning and execution
- Leading & managing Demand Generation, Brand, Field & Product Marketing, and Digital teams
- Extensive experience in data-based approach to drive measurable effectiveness and ROIs
- Drive the definition, prioritization and execution of marketing roadmap & strategies in collaboration with key stakeholders and the executive team
- Demonstrating high level of problem-solving abilities and scale & build your team
- Executing strategic initiatives such as improving brand visibility, increasing the sales leads funnel, etc.
- Building a sense of urgency towards the end goals/ OKRs like an entrepreneur
- Fostering a strong collaborative nature between various teams & set them for next level of success via career planning & continuous coaching
Ideal candidate's must have :
- Must have experience in demand generation, brand, and digital marketing for India & APAC as well as the US region
- Must have B2B Marketing expertise for SaaS and/or product firms
- 12-15 years of Marketing experience, and at least 5+ years of large team management experience in a start-up
- Someone who has seen scale and hyper-growth stages
- Team coaching and performance management skills
- Excellence problem-solving mindset, output-oriented outlook, and communication skills
- Meticulous and organized; thinks data and talk tech (able to track own and team deliverables, create visibility around them, and set-up a repeatable process to improve metrics achieved)
