Job Responsibilities :
- Marketing Strategy and Planning
- Design, implement and facilitate company marketing strategy to support business goals.
- Positioning the brand to the right segment for respected products and services.
Branding :
- Drive and manage marketing programs (ATL/BTL) to create brand awareness, generate demand and establish brand and product credibility in the marketplace.
- Plan, design and implement internal and external brand strategy.
- Ensure consistent communication of corporate image, branding and value proposition.
Budgeting and P&L :
- Develop, monitor marketing budget; monitor ROI for all marketing programs including advertising, sponsorship, trade-shows, events and alliance programs, build in qualitative and quantitative metrics to evaluate effectiveness of all marketing and communications initiatives.
Advertising / Promotions / Events :
- Plan and oversee marketing events, meetings and sponsorship including local office
- Marketing initiatives. Spearhead presence, coordination and participation in various corporate events. Manage and deliver marketing corporate advertising budget.
Digital Marketing :
- Plan and execute a strategic digital road map including the SMO|SEO|PPC|SEM|ORM|LMS.
- Corporate Communications - Internal and External Communications
- Communication of all corporate PR activities across the portfolio. Including the groups new corporate identity. Generating positive media coverage through strategically planned PR, marketing, advertising, and sponsorship.
