Position: Sr. Manager/Head of Marketing

Reporting to: Director of Marketing.

Location: Mumbai

Age Limit : 39 Years

Role & responsibilities

- Develop and implement operating marketing plans aligned with overall business objectives and target market segments.

- Identify market trends, consumer insights, and competitive landscape to inform marketing strategies and initiatives.

- Manage and strengthen the brand's identity, positioning, and messaging across all channels and touchpoints.

- Lead the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, social media, traditional advertising, experiential marketing, and retail channel activation including new store launch.

- Driving customer acquisition through targeted campaigns and managing digital marketing efforts, including SEO, SEM, email, and social media, are pivotal tasks.


- Recruit, mentor, and foster a high-performing team, ensuring a collaborative and results-driven culture. Overseeing the marketing budget, collaborate with revenue heads to align objectives, ensuring synergies in achieving sales targets.

Preferred candidate profile

- Bachelors degree in marketing, Business Administration, or related field; MBA preferred with 12+ years of experience.

- Proven experience in marketing roles within the fashion retail industry, with a track record of driving business growth through strategic and tactical marketing initiatives.

- Understanding of fashion trends, consumer behaviour, and industry dynamics.

- Strong creative vision and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to translate brand aspirations into actionable marketing plans.

- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including e-commerce platforms, social media management tools, and analytics software.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.

- Passion for fashion and a keen eye for aesthetics and consumer trends.
