Vice President - Marketing (CMO)


- As the Vice President Marketing (CMO), you will own and drive the entire marketing function at Specsmakers, leading brand development, demand generation, customer retention, and business expansion initiatives.


- The focus of the role would be on brand building, shaping the communication strategy of the brand and formulating the brand story, as the company grows over the course of time.

Your key mandate will be to:

- Build a category-defining brand in the optical retail industry.

- Develop and execute a full-funnel marketing strategy from brand awareness to conversion.

- Leverage digital, traditional, and experiential marketing to engage customers and drive revenue.

- Drive store-level marketing initiatives to increase footfall and Same Store Sales Growth (SSSG).

- Lead a high-performing marketing team and work cross-functionally to achieve business goals.

This is an executive leadership role, requiring a data-driven, creative, and growth-focused marketing leader with proven expertise in retail marketing, customer engagement, and brand building.
