Job Purpose: To develop a distinctive and impactful marketing strategy in line with the Brand Vision and Positioning.
1. Brand Management - Drive awareness and build brand equity
2. CRM- Drive delight through customer experiences and communication
3. Concierge- Ensure customer satisfaction through in bound and outbound activities.
- Monitor the marketing budget and expenditure across 5 brands
- Monitor % Sales from new developments/innovations in current category or a new category, and brands across market.
- Define & track the targeted customer in terms of demographic & psychographic profile
- Understand triggers influencing buying, buying process and shopping behavior.
- Create fresh digital content and deploy across Social media platforms. Creative content in line with the brand positioning on social media.
- Build an Efficient Marketing Budget & Execute on agreed Brand
