Reporting Manager: Centre Director
Location Pune
Duties & Responsibilities
Job Summary /Purpose:
Managing marketing at the center
- Reports to Unit Centre Director and Corporate Head Marketing
- Responsible for footfalls, revenue and promotion of the mall
- Defining marketing strategies, in close co-ordination with the head office
- Monthly reports
- Budget management
- PR
- Media buying and management
- Co-ordination with retailers for SOH buying and event participation
- Defining marketing strategy for the center
Profile Responsibilities :
- Proficient problem solver and keen strategist with comprehensive skills set to develop business plans and drive implementation in real time environments
- Drive & implement strategies for communication & PR management
- Develop strategies to build brand equity to command maximum positive perception resulting in high trading density
- Draft & Implement marketing strategies to drive footfall into the mall and increase spending power of shoppers.
- Drive revenue from ad spaces and promotional areas in the mall
- Responsible for drafting marketing budget for the whole mall and will be responsible for its controls
- Will be fully responsible for drafting events calendar for the whole year and implementing it
- Responsible for thorough and constant competition/trend analysis
- Result-oriented leader committed to inspire and motivate team members, successfully manage multiple priorities, and perform under pressure in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment
- Self-starter with proven expertise to set up marketing operations, establish brand, coupled with competency of driving business in startup, turn around, and high growth situations
- Keen customer-centric orientation with excellent communication skills and ability to interact effectively with personnel / vendors/event management & ad agencies at all levels
- Maintain good working relationship with all retailers and impart suitable advice on areas related to sales and promotion
- Work/collaborate with retailers for promotions and other activities with would benefit both parties
- Implement loyalty programs and strategically explore co-branding options
- Responsible for database management
- Conduct shopping bag audits, mystery shopping and all satisfaction and feedback surveys at regular intervals
- Heading the editorial team for all marketing communications. Personally be involved in content development for the website and overlook uploading of content and other data relevant to business.
Profit & Loss:
- Responsible for budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning of marketing department
- Optimizing Revenue from ad spaces without cluttering the entire space available
- Responsible for co-ordination with the finance department for funds receivables management
- Manage operating expenses to minimize costs while providing desired results
- Must be able to build the department from scratch
- Must be able to draft marketing and promotional strategies and other related policies keeping the brand image
- Must have an idea of ad spaces inventory, its sizes and the prices it would command in the market
- Leading the entire spectrum of ATL & BTL activities spanning concept development, design, printing, media, PR, press cons etc.
- Amalgamate useful information and intelligent information to develop strong communication strategies
- Harnessing the best out of all agencies working with the marketing department
- Coordinate activities with other departments in order to facilitate increased levels of communication and satisfaction
- Periodic reporting vide recommended MIS mode
