Job Description :

- The Head of Marketing will lead the comprehensive marketing and branding strategy, overseeing a team of nearly 50 marketing professionals. This individual will be responsible for driving brand growth, strengthening digital presence, enhancing communication strategies, and ensuring all marketing technology initiatives are in line with our omni-channel business model.


- The role requires a deep understanding of luxury branding, leadership skills to manage cross-functional teams, and expertise in setting up marketing technology systems. It also demands a strong background in working with tech companies or in digital-heavy environments.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- 10+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 7 years in a leadership role, preferably in luxury retail or high-end consumer goods.

- Proven experience in building and managing a marketing technology stack (CRM, email marketing, digital advertising, etc.) and understanding of omni-channel models.

- Experience working in tech companies or digital-heavy environments with a strong focus on digital communication and data-driven marketing.

- Demonstrated experience working with luxury brands and the ability to craft high-end, discerning communication strategies.

- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to lead a large, multi-functional team.

- Strong analytical skills and experience using data to drive marketing strategy and decision-making.

- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with creative teams, external partners, and internal stakeholders.

- Deep understanding of India's luxury market and consumer behaviour.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience working with marketing technology vendors and building strong partnerships with digital technology providers.

- Experience with event management in a luxury retail context.

- Understanding of India's luxury retail ecosystem, including key trends and market dynamics.
