Position Summary:
- A Retail Marketing Manager is responsible for monitoring the sales performance of the store and strategizing efficient techniques to sell goods and services to the customers.
- Retail marketing managers lead the retail marketing team in developing promotional campaigns to enhance the products' brand images to the market and reach the target audience.
- They also handle the budget and resource allocation for the project plans and ensure that the outputs meet the quality standards and deadlines.
Responsibilities:
- Own the for family position and drive it through all offline channels.
- Handle all offline activities related to promotions
- Experience in writing well-articulated briefs and working with creative leads in order to bringthe offline experience of the brand alive Standardising the visual merchandising experience across all retail stores
- Experience in working with design teams to bring alive banners, pamphlets, vouchers, posters and other collateral
- Ability to create a process around database management, where offline customers are added toonline database systems
- Good experience in having handled mid-to large scale events and offline brand launches Experience in negotiating with media agencies for all BTL related media buys Work and strategies with cross functional teams- product, customer service, sales and operations to shoulder revenue targets
- Ability to understand hyperlocal digital effectiveness to drive new customers/footfalls Own the offline re-marketing activities and standardise the process.
Qualifications, Skills and Competencies :
- 6+ years of relevant experience Ability to surpass and constantly meet revenue targets
- Solid team management experience Initiative and ownership; passion for ones work Being a pet parent is a Plus!
