We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Digital Marketing Head to join our organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in social media marketing, performance marketing, SEO, and digital advertising strategy. This role will be responsible for creating and executing digital marketing campaigns to drive brand visibility, lead generation, and online user engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Marketing: Develop and implement effective social media strategies across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter to increase brand awareness and engagement.

Performance Marketing: Plan and execute performance marketing campaigns to drive conversions and optimize return on ad spend (ROAS).

SEO: Optimize website content and structure to improve organic search rankings and increase visibility on search engines.

Digital Ad Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive digital advertising strategies, including Google AdWords, display advertising, and retargeting.

Digital Advertising on Owned Platforms: Manage and optimize advertising campaigns on owned platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and Google.

Lead Generation: Implement lead generation campaigns to capture and nurture potential customers through various online channels.

Website Performance: Monitor website performance and analyze data to enhance user experience and conversion rates through digital spending.

Content Creation: Oversee the development of website and social media content to ensure it aligns with the company's brand and objectives.

Website Traffic: Drive and increase website traffic through a mix of paid and organic strategies.

Social Media Budget Management: Manage budgets for social media advertising campaigns and ensure efficient allocation of resources.

Campaign Management: Manage and optimize campaigns on social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, and others.

Online User Engagement: Foster online user engagement by creating engaging content and interactions with the online community.

Marketing Analytics: Analyze marketing data, KPIs, and metrics to make data-driven decisions and continuously improve marketing strategies.

Agency Performance: Collaborate with external agencies when needed, and track their performance to ensure optimal ROI.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. MBA is a plus.

- Proven experience in digital marketing with a strong track record of successful campaigns.

- Proficiency in SEO, social media platforms, performance marketing, and digital advertising tools.

- Strong analytical and data-driven mindset.

- Excellent communication and project management skills.

- Experience with budget management and ROI tracking.

- Creative thinking and ability to stay updated with digital marketing trends.
