Head Marketing

We are looking for a Head Marketing for a leading Retail organisation into Indian ethnic wear and accessories.

The job location is Delhi/NCR. Experience 10-15 yrs.Post Graduation in Marketing is a must.

The candidate will be responsible for:

- Design, implement, facilitate and execute annual marketing plan for the firm.

- Plan and administer the organizational marketing operations budget.

- Negotiate with media agencies to secure agreements for translation of material into other media.

- Develop promotional material including marketing collateral and print copies.

- Develop and oversee external communications and systems.

- Facilitate public relations efforts.

- Manage external vendors and consultants.

- Make staffing and hiring decisions within marketing department.

- Build and develop a marketing team which is competent, commercially astute, dedicated and efficient.

- Manage day to day activity with PR, press and marketing communications agencies.

- Develop and administer marketing database.

- Ensure the integration of the business unit marketing function within that of the greater group, and ensure that the business unit optimizes its use of shared and support services.
