- Develop, Implement and monitor organizational level marketing & branding strategy along with budgets with aim of positioning as a preferred brand of choice by customers and employees
- Build & establish customer centric practices across the organization.
- Design and deliver customer experience strategy both digital and non digital across all verticals - CRM, CCH,Sales & Marketing
- Design lead generation initiatives to attract more customers; develop business for upcoming projects and ensures its monitoring and evaluation
- Define and design the marketing mix and delivery strategy for the project portfolios
- Drive Customer Satisfaction surveys, analyze customer behaviour and define technological strategies in order to enhance customer satisfaction and gain customer loyalty
- Drive research based on study of customer requirements, competition, market and industry intelligence to develop recommendations for gaining and retaining customer base
- Collaborate with relevant stakeholders across organisation to boost sales while driving customer centricity
- Manage marketing collaterals, advertising campaigns and key brand messages and brand communications to increase brand recall
- Guide, coach, mentor the team from time to time
Competencies
M.B.A. Marketing/PGDBM/MMM
Strong leadership, collaboration and people management skills.
Visionary, with an ability to create an equilibrium of traditional solutions & digital to solve new business challenges.
Experience in running successful, multi-channel marketing campaigns
Solid knowledge of web analytics and Google Adwords
A keen eye for detail with excellent planning skills and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
