Hiring on the following vacancy, for one of our clients in the Real Estate industry.

1) Position: Head Marketing(DGM)

Job Responsibilities:

- Assist in developing and executing integrated marketing programs for new product launches and brand building.

- To create and deploy Marketing strategies at Loyalty portfolio, segment and Company levels (as required) so as to achieve desired business results.

- Strategic Planning - Services Marketing & CLM.

- Market Research & Segmentation - People Management.

- Coordinating with advertisement agencies.

- Evaluating marketing budgets and assuring adherences.

- Conceptualize the creative campaign, liaise with and brief the advertising agency as well as the appropriate media to ultimately ensure accurate, true and effective communication with the various markets.

- Coordinate with external agencies for generating sales promotional material

- Assist in planning and managing key internal and external corporate events.

- Assist in delivering all marketing activities within the agreed budget.

- Coordinate with agencies for planning & developing diverse media campaigns.
