1. Overall owner of the Brand, Product positioning, branding strategy, Digital Marketing and Go-To-Market Strategy.
2. As a head of marketing, you will be responsible for digital, offline, PR, ORM and other marketing and brand related hygiene.
3. To ensure that the brand recognition is enhanced with an active participation in media space, whether it's social or paid.
4. Be the thought leader to ideate brand positioning in the market, understand competition positioning, to elevate market capitalization and presence.
5. Ideate all possibilities to create new GTM strategies for all products and ensure clear marketing strategies are defined for New Launches and Sustenance.
6. Work closely with head of strategy and head of product to identify proper channel mix to plan overall launch/sustenance GTM and derive appropriate budget plans.
7. Work closely with Product head to ensure all engagement strategies, plan and communications/pitches are well thought/designed basis GTM for all launches/sustenance campaigns.
8. Monitor CPL and lead quality and take measures to fix the gap to achieve a min threshold of 10% Lead to Walk-in Ratio.
9. Ensure onboarding all relevant agencies to partner with the organization in terms of product selling strategy and brand development.
10. Work very closely with Director - SMCP to ensure the marketing budgets are controlled as per business plan.
11. Work very closely with all HODs to drive the marketing strategies for the respective functions/verticals with full efficiencies and deliverables.
12. Work with legal team and all COOs across locations to ensure all communication and marketing plan is as per RERA and other organizational compliances.
13. Team Building is undertaken along with HR in conjunction with Head of Strategy and Director - SMCP in line with Business plan and Budgets.
14. Plan for career progression for the top performing members by mentoring, coaching and putting him/her on growth path of larger responsibilities.
15. Ensure Ethics/Integrity & code of conduct is maintained at all levels. Maintain a check and balance to establish conducive professional environment to achieve organizational business goals.
