- Lead the key brand initiatives in the indian geography to drive sustainable brand growth


- Develop & evaluate marketing strategies, planning and communicating marketing efforts and build awareness and positioning of the company's brands


Client Details :

The client is one of the India's largest manufacturers of PVC pipes & multi polymer processors. Currently a fortune 500 company, the client has one of the strongest distributor set-ups in the country comprising 1500+ partners across India.


The client is rapidly expanding its presence geographically and across product lines, and is touted to grow significantly in the next 5 years. With 8+ manufacturing plants spread across India, the client is well poised in terms of presence with all major projects across geographies.


Job Description :

- Identify marketing strategies and supporting Organization's visibility, innovation capabilities and partnerships to accelerate revenue growth increase sales pipeline

- Play a thought leadership role in driving marketing best practices and executional excellence


- Keep track of industry trends and follow best practices to achieve business performance goals & Leverage marketing analytics to drive marketing strategy and improve website engagement metrics, customer acquisition and retention rates


- Drive the Branding activities - operationally and strategically; including eCommerce, B2B, potential tie-ups across related industry partners


- Identify market opportunities for growth based on customer feedback, market data, and analyst or industry leader input


- Aggressively activating the Brand presence across online and Digital campaigns; including highlighting people strength across online platforms


- Lead cross-functional campaigns for product launch or demand generation and specify messaging and offers as well as desired outcomes


- Leverage third party channels and data to implement online and offline programs to broaden reach and grow our customer and prospect databases


- Lead our customer/partner marketing program including overall strategy, communication planning, analysis and optimization


- Fast track the New product development basis the feedback from Sales team/ Competitor marketing insights, research


Profile :

Experience - 15-20 Yrs in developing effective strategies and business plans for all marketing aspects

Functional Skills:

- Financial acumen with an ability to undertake strategic interventions with a focus on return on investment

- Ability to scan the business environment, understand the competitive context and the industry construct, develop internal capabilities to build a business case and a competitive value proposition


- Knowledge of Social platforms and their APIs, data structures and analytical tools etc


- Strong Analytical, reasoning abilities


Behavioral Skills:

- Excellent oral and written communication skills

- Should be excellent in relationship management


- Interpersonal competences


- Should be self-driven, positive attitude, passionate, good team player, willing to explore ideas etc.
