- Lead the key brand initiatives in the indian geography to drive sustainable brand growth
- Develop & evaluate marketing strategies, planning and communicating marketing efforts and build awareness and positioning of the company's brands
The client is rapidly expanding its presence geographically and across product lines, and is touted to grow significantly in the next 5 years. With 8+ manufacturing plants spread across India, the client is well poised in terms of presence with all major projects across geographies.
- Play a thought leadership role in driving marketing best practices and executional excellence
- Keep track of industry trends and follow best practices to achieve business performance goals & Leverage marketing analytics to drive marketing strategy and improve website engagement metrics, customer acquisition and retention rates
- Drive the Branding activities - operationally and strategically; including eCommerce, B2B, potential tie-ups across related industry partners
- Identify market opportunities for growth based on customer feedback, market data, and analyst or industry leader input
- Aggressively activating the Brand presence across online and Digital campaigns; including highlighting people strength across online platforms
- Lead cross-functional campaigns for product launch or demand generation and specify messaging and offers as well as desired outcomes
- Leverage third party channels and data to implement online and offline programs to broaden reach and grow our customer and prospect databases
- Lead our customer/partner marketing program including overall strategy, communication planning, analysis and optimization
- Fast track the New product development basis the feedback from Sales team/ Competitor marketing insights, research
- Ability to scan the business environment, understand the competitive context and the industry construct, develop internal capabilities to build a business case and a competitive value proposition
- Knowledge of Social platforms and their APIs, data structures and analytical tools etc
- Strong Analytical, reasoning abilities
- Should be excellent in relationship management
- Interpersonal competences
- Should be self-driven, positive attitude, passionate, good team player, willing to explore ideas etc.
- Drive key strategic marketing and brand initiatives throughout the Indian geography, and drive significant brand growth
