Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Head of Brand and Marketing to lead and oversee the development, implementation, and management of our brand's marketing efforts. The ideal candidate is a visionary leader with deep expertise in brand management, digital marketing, and integrated marketing communications.
Key Responsibilities:
Brand Strategy Development:
- Lead the development of the brand's vision, strategy, and positioning to ensure consistency across all channels and touchpoints.
- Define the brand's messaging, values, and tone of voice to align with target audiences and business objectives.
Marketing Leadership:
- Lead the marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and results-driven performance.
- Develop and implement integrated marketing plans across digital, traditional, and experiential channels.
- Oversee the execution of global and regional marketing campaigns.
Campaign Management:
- Create and oversee the execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and retention.
- Analyze campaign performance and optimize strategies to maximize ROI.
Team Development & Management:
- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing brand and marketing team.
- Foster cross-functional collaboration with teams such as product, sales, and creative.
Market & Competitor Analysis:
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs, trends, and competitor activities.
- Use insights to refine strategies, messaging, and product positioning.
Brand & Content Leadership:
- Oversee content creation, digital presence, and social media strategy to build brand awareness and engagement.
- Ensure content is on-brand, innovative, and resonates with the target audience.
Performance Reporting:
- Provide regular updates and reports to senior leadership on the effectiveness of brand and marketing strategies.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and adjust tactics to improve results.
Budget Management:
- Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources to deliver maximum impact.
Qualifications:
Education: Master of Business Administration/ Any Graduate
Experience:
- 10+ years of experience in marketing.
- Proven experience in brand management, digital marketing, and strategic planning.
- Experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing complex marketing projects.
