This role is a key contributor within the Company's Leadership Team. The role helps in determining the strategic direction for the organization and undertakes the overall responsibility of the Marketing and Emerging Technology function. This role is fundamental in driving the growth of our business and includes responsibility for rolling out the strategy, campaign and events development, content creation, insight & analysis, budget ownership and digital marketing activities.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Collaborate effectively and proactively with the leadership team to develop and implement the overall company strategy.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies aligned with organisational goals and objectives.
- Proactively engage with stakeholders to align strategies and implement feedback.
- Coach, guide and lead direct reports to achieve their team and individual and team goals and develop their skills and capabilities.
- Manage the engagement, retention and performance of employees within the marketing function.
- Manage and Monitor the marketing budget to effectively balance costs and outcomes.
- Plan, implement and manage marketing strategy including differentiated strategies for products and markets.
- Plan and execute Event management for internal and external events.
- Review and manage content marketing strategy.
- Audit and improve existing marketing systems and processes.
- Leverage data, customer insights and platform trends to develop and refine effective strategies.
- Market research and incubation of new lines of business
- Internal and external communications
- Develop Annual Programs for our internal sales and external partners and customers.
- Create promotions to boost sales of all Business Units (sell-in, sell-through)
- Plan, Manage and upgrade CRM, Marketing Automation
- Plan, Manage and develop telemarketing strategies
