They are the leaders in the various therapeutic area of Respiratory, Oncology, Cardiovascular, Diabetes, Nephrology etc. and currently looking at a bright young individual from Premier B School to join them as Head of Marketing for one of the business vertical.  He / She will be responsible for :   - Conceptualize, design and implement marketing strategies for effective positioning of product/ brand including new business opportunities.   - Create brand management strategy, brand building, brand positioning, brand mapping & evaluation   - Plan & implement an integrated list of initiatives to support/ deliver marketing goals.  - Provide leadership to Marketing team including career planning, performance evaluation, feedback, coaching &guidance   - Collaborate with the team and external agency to create and implement an integrated Marketing strategy and plan to meet objectives.  - Working with sales department to develop pricing strategies to maximize profits and market share while balancing customer satisfaction.  - Effectively lead and manage the team and ensure smooth cross-functionality.   Ideal prospect will have :  - MBA from Premier B School with 8+ years of experience working with leading Pharma MNC across any of the therapeutic areas in the Marketing function.   - Experience in managing teams and working with cross-functional departments - Finance / HR / SCM etc.  - Excellent is stakeholder relationship management.  - Excellent communication and presentation skill.  - Professional from FMCG industry, willing explore options and encouraged to apply.
