About the Role:

The Head of Pharma Marketing will be customer-centric and will focus on developing pharma specific product roadmap and comprehensive market attack strategy across therapeutic areas. This role requires deep insight and market intelligence of drivers, size, unmet customer needs. In this role, the individual must be a self-starter, analytically minded, strategic thinker, detail-oriented, action and output-driven, thrive in a fast-paced environment, excel at managing multiple priorities, and succeed in communicating with all levels within the organization and within customer institutions. This role will report to the Director.

CTC: 80 Lacs - 1.2 Cr

What you will be doing:

- Have a deep understanding of the market landscape for the Pharmaceutical and Biotechnology Industry and its sub-segments

- Analytically maintain, develop, and communicate a deep knowledge of trends, customer needs, and competitive activity

- Be able to analyze and communicate market size, share, growth as well as status quo techniques and technologies as well as report the quarterly performance of revenues, growth drivers/detractors, industry dynamics, customer usage types, and forecasts for future quarters

- Must be highly strategic and drive for continuous improvement which includes collecting feedback from customers & internal stakeholders, analyzing market data, and Voice of Customer data to propose new features, products, partnerships, technologies, or other ideas that can be leveraged from customers insights.

- Develop relationships and engage with related associations, professional organizations, publications, trade shows, and customers.

- Influence internally and externally and have the skills to navigate and be successful in a matrixed organization

Required Experience and Qualifications :

- Experience: 15-18 years in Pharma Marketing

- Graduation/PG Degree

- Proficient in English
