Head - Marketing - Personal Care/ Skin Care/ Hair Care
- This role will contribute to driving and shaping the short and long term brand and innovation strategy. This will include developing and implementing positioning strategy, communications strategy and innovation - filling the innovation pipeline by driving ideation, conceptualization and activation in market of approved innovation.
- Assumes responsibility for a Category for monitoring all marketing and branding activities while maintaining brand focus internally & externally.
- Develops the marketing & brand management strategy of Brand Category to support top line & bottom line growth & foray into new segments and innovative products.
- Directs the evaluation of Brand Category Portfolio including brand definition & proposition, advertising concept, pricing, packaging, place and promotion for each category & brand.
- Strategises on new product development & reaching to new segments by continuously scanning the business environment for untapped consumer bases based on market intelligence.
- Drives the formulation of marketing strategy of Brand Category encompassing all brands.
- Ensures individual brand focus is maintained through all possible media options and co-ordinates with Corporate communication to ensure alignment of branding strategy for Brand Category
- Co-ordinates with Market research agencies to get feedback on existing products and on their availability & brand equity.
- Co-ordinates with media agencies for effective media planning & evaluation to ensure optimal ROI on all media investments.
- Develops market entry strategy for previously untapped geographies based on market intelligence.
- Develops Annual Plans & Budgeting for the brand and monitors the expenditure.
- To be considered for this position you will be currently from a Reputed hardcore FMCG company with Min 10-15 Years of Experience, current working in a Brand/Marketing Management position within an Hardcore FMCG or branded consumer product environment.
Candidate Profile :
- Candidate should have headed marketing in Personal Care / Skin Care / Hair Care, any of this categories.
- Looking for professionals MBA / PGDM from 2001- 2007 batch with relevant experience in FMCG into at leadership roles. Location for this role would be based in India.
- Looking for Professionals passed out from Premier B Schools & having desired experience. CTC would not be a constraint for right fit.
- Candidate should be open to relocate.
