Key Responsibilities:
Brand Management:
- Develop and execute brand strategy to strengthen brand awareness, positioning, and market differentiation.
- Oversee all creative content, ensuring it aligns with the brand voice, identity, and values.
- Lead initiatives that establish brand consistency across all marketing channels and touchpoints.
- Manage partnerships, sponsorships, and influencer collaborations to enhance brand credibility and reach.
- Collaborate with product, sales, and customer experience teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging throughout the customer journey.
- Conduct market research to stay ahead of trends, competition, and customer insights, adjusting brand strategies accordingly.
Performance Marketing:
- Lead the development and execution of performance marketing strategies across paid media channels, including search, social, display, and email marketing.
- Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaigns to ensure they meet KPIs, such as acquisition, conversion rates, and ROI.
- Manage digital marketing budgets to maximize efficiency and performance, ensuring cost-effective scaling.
- Use data analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, etc.) to assess campaign performance, generate reports, and make data-driven adjustments.
- Continuously test new marketing tactics and channels to optimize customer acquisition and retention.
- Collaborate with the CRM and sales teams to develop personalized, automated marketing campaigns.
Key Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. A Master's degree (MBA or equivalent) is a plus.
- Experience: 7-10+ years of marketing experience, with proven expertise in both brand management and performance marketing.
- Experience managing digital campaigns, working with cross-functional teams, and managing external agencies.
- Strong leadership skills with experience leading and mentoring marketing teams.
- Analytical mindset, with hands-on experience in performance marketing tools and platforms.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
