We have an urgent opening with a leading Automotive (2 wheeler) company:

Job Purpose:

We are looking for a dynamic, team-oriented, strategic thinker and savvy marketer to head the marketing operations team. This individual will join a dynamic and fast-paced environment and will be responsible for formulating marketing strategies that will establish the brand's reputation, enhance customer experience and drive growth. This role requires an individual who is passionate about uncovering consumer insights and delivering innovative marketing campaigns.

Key Accountabilities:

- Act as the owner, custodian and mentor for following COEs (Centre of Excellence) within marketing team: BTL activities, Activations, Events, Rides & Community, Market Research, corporate tie-ups.

- Execution of Communication & Media Planning strategy in coordination with the internal stakeholders: Brand strategy team and external stakeholders.

- Plan and execute large scale ride campaigns, events, workshops and work in close coordination with regional sales teams and dealerships to plan rides and community building in their areas.

- Demonstrate consumer understanding: analyse competitors, market trends, develop consumer insights and work with agency/cross functional teams to conceptualize research reports.

- Media planning including digital: driving digital campaigns in close coordination with digital marketing team and agencies.

- Execute PR plan for the new product launch including targeted and proactive outreach to key stakeholders.

- Budget management: be responsible to manage budgets in terms of spend and cost allocation.

Experience and Qualifications:

- Master's Degree with specialization in marketing.

- 12+ years of work experience in various facets of marketing: Events, community building, experiential marketing, activations, BTL activities.

- Proficiency in managing partner relations: research teams, agencies and vendors.

- Must be able to operate successfully in a lean organization; must be able to articulate and advocate initiatives working with other teams and stakeholders.

- Proven ability to translate consumer insights into brand communication and campaigns that drives action.

- Strong understanding of current digital marketing concepts, strategy, and best practices

- Is adaptive, collaborative, and executes flawlessly

- Strong expertise in handling multiple projects in a high-growth environment

- Strong ability to communicate clearly
