The Marketing Operations Head will drive efficiency and effectiveness in the marketing operations and deliver best class external and internal communications.
1. Manage entire content lifecycle management
2. Bring in new age communication best practices across content formats
3. Manage high performing team of marketing, content, design and event experts
4. Continuous skill development of the team with training programs
5. Manage partner relationships across various areas including content, design, events
6. Continuous evaluation of partners and improving performance
7. Manage the budget cycle - planning and finalizing budgets
- A full time MBA with 8+ years of experience and 5+ years of experience in Marketing Operations role from tier 1 IT companies.
- Excellent communicator and creative thinker, with an ability to use data to inform all decisions.
- Proficiency in marketing automation to generate traffic, convert visitors into leads, and then nurture them into converted customers.
Bonus skills : HTML/CSS, Adobe Creative Suite.
