- Develop and oversee the utlilization of the annual to month-wise marketing budget across all locations
- Develop and execute region/market specific ATL, BTL, Digital campaigns to enhance brand recall and drive footfall
- Develop, activate and evaluate event marketing campaigns inclusive of advertising; branding and marketing collateral; cross event promotions; community awareness and engagement; media and public relations; digital and social media; corporate communications and POS marketing
- Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
- Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
- Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate
- Ensure retention of key /identified talent within the function
Profile & Qualification -
Full time MBA; 15 years of work experience with at least 5+ years in senior management role
