The incumbent will lead team of 150+, drive and support relationship and sales enablement activity, develop and implement marketing strategy to drive revenue growth, strengthen relationships/ networks and raise market/brand profile,

Marketing Program, Global Marketing, Marketing Operations, Growth marketing

Strategic Marketing, Sales Enablement, Strategic Accounts, Client relationship

Strategy:

- Strategic contribution to marketing and strategic direction from offshore leadership.

- Liase with varied Service Areas to drive the future strategy from a delivery perspective.

- Deliver process improvements.

- Budget management for offshore Marketing teams

Delivery & Stakeholder Management:

- Strategic vision for the Marketing / practice working with leadership/ key stakeholders and for executing it on the ground.

- Creating structures and resource models to build a strong organization. Exposure to best practices around billing models / rate cards

- Overall client satisfaction delivery

- Operational excellence (Quality, Efficiency, Utilization, Talent Development & Growth, Budget aspects) for offshore teams

- Guidance for leadership to provide the desired support to the stakeholders.

- Understanding of the marketing technology products / tools

People Management:

- Coaching, Mentoring and performance management of direct reports, building a leadership pipeline and for succession planning. Liasioning with the internal talent teams on the training needs identified through T&I.

- Overall performance management of the teams.

- Recruitment, learning & development, and retention programs for teams and individuals.

Key skills required:

- Strong executive presence, presentation, and verbal and written communication skills

- Self-motivated, innovative, and strong team player

- Strong influencing, persuasion, and negotiation skills

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills

- Excellent core consulting skills - i.e. analytical, primary and secondary research, presentation, and financial planning experience ( specifically P&L), including logical structuring and storytelling; superior knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint

- Ability to integrate and synthesize large sets of data and broad stakeholder perspectives into meaningful reports and recommendations

- Strong knowledge of various technologies such as artificial intelligence etc

- Knowledge of asset go-to-market activities

- Strong ability to manage performance and reporting cycles (including the oversight of KPIs, opportunity pipeline, and tracking impact)

- Agility and flexibility in adapting to a dynamic and hybrid environment

- Engage and mentor team members

- Exceptional attention to detail, responsiveness, and a strong track record of executing high-impact initiatives

- Highly developed personal and professional ethics.

Work experience and technical pre-requisites:

- Academic qualification: Masters' degree like MBA

- Work experience: 15 years of post-MBA experience

- Strong track record with previous employment, preferably with KPO supporting marketing organization.
