Skills required:
- Knowledge of B2C marketing principles, creative influence, brand positioning and service management in Online and Offline segment of Marketing
- Demonstrated ability to lead a team and manage stakeholders/vendors/partners.
- Exposure to Fashion/Apparels Industry
- Strong business acumen and analytical skills
- Outstanding PR and effective communication skills
- Self-starter or entrepreneurial skills
- Relevant experience of 3-4 years in leading a team (Marketing function)
Qualification: Post Graduate. MBA preferred
Degree in business, marketing & communications, advertising, public relations or related field.
Responsibilities:
- Build, plan, develop and execute Marketing Strategies and advertising initiatives which is in line with company's goals
- Drive revenue by ensuring sales increase through successful marketing
- Grow customer base and optimize sales /profits using social media, digitization & marketing tools
- Develop and approve marketing campaigns across all channels
- Responsible for brand marketing content, influencer collaborations, campaign management, Social media and celebrity endorsement.
- Continuous content creation to promote brand across digital space
- Determine & Track KPI's of all sub teams of Marketing department on regular basis ensuring contribution to overall growth of the company.
- Plan and present marketing budget for the department
- Work with E commerce and retail teams to ensure company success and customer satisfaction
- Create brand loyalty across all social media channels and ensuring user experience is enjoyable and successful.
- Oversee product marketing, communications, advertising and public relations.
- Lead and mentor team of marketeers to ensure product, content and brand marketing.
- Promote company and oversee outbound communications across website, blog and social media channels to elevate company brand
- Advise PR communication plan and media strategy to the management during events and crisis.
- Market research and data analytics - Conduct Market Research to identify market potentials, target audience for a company product. In accordance, develop social media strategy that will induce the pool of targeted customers to purchase the product.
- Updated with latest technology & best practices and evolving company's marketing campaigns in accordance
- Supervisory duties of training, handling, rewarding, appraising performance of team, addressing team issues and resolving problems.
