This is a job for someone who would like to take charge of scaling up an online business. MoneyWorks4me.com was launched in 2009 as a website to enable retail investors to invest in stocks. We have reached a stage where we are confident that we can scale-up profitably.
The role is responsible for developing and implementing the marketing strategy for scaling up the business. It includes increasing traffic, registration and finally conversion to paying subscribers. The role will be be in charge of developing offers, pricing, customer education, communication and after sales customer-care. Ensuring the site is engaging, simple, up-to-date and error free is also this role's responsibility.
A team of Customer Enchantment Executives headed by a Team lead will report to this role. Ensuring they manage the customer relationship effectively through better processes and capability is another deliverable.
This role will work closely with a team of Equity Analyst and report to the co-founders
We prefer someone who is a online- business-marketing-savvy person and has started or worked with a startup and can rise to become the business head over the next two years.
MoneyWorks4me is fully owned by two IIT/IIM professionals who have worked in HUL/Castrol before starting their own business consulting company in 2000. Our clients include Castrol, M&M, Toyota, Maruti, Bajaj Auto, Tata Motors.
