About our Client - Our client is one of the leading names in the online travel industry with tremendous growth plans in the foreseeable future. The client is looking to capitalize and focus on their offline marketing channel, and hence are looking to hire a Head of Marketing for the offline channel.
Job Description - Reporting into the Head of Marketing, you will be responsible for:
- Develop brand positioning strategies and penetrate the target market by accurate customer segmentation.
- Focus on devising the communication and media plan to deliver the brand and business goals.
- Conceptualize and implement marketing strategies, and promotional plans to help increase market share.
- Liaise with external creative, media and PR agencies on a continuous basis.
- In addition tot this, you will be responsible for heading different teams across consumer research, brand, retail and tourism marketing, and working closely with them to help drive revenue.
The Successful Candidate - You will be a MBA from a tier 1 school, with atleast 8-10 years of post qualification experience. Prior experience in a brand management role, including marketing communications is a must. The client is looking for someone with experience in FMCG, CD, or Telecom. You should have handled teams in the past and should have exceptional written and communication skills.
