Role Highlight :
- The Head of Marketing will lead the Marketing function predominantly through Digital Marketing and BTL initiatives. May also need to do tactical ATL through print, radio etc.
- The role would own and manage the P&L for Marketing and would be reporting to the CEO. It is imperative that the incumbent has a fair amount of intuitive approach towards marketing backed by facts and figures.
- This approach will help in perceiving and packaging in the right manner. While the organization is very Tech heavy, there is a fair amount of offline presence, hence a 360 degree approach will help.

Expectations :
- 8+ yrs. of total experience preferably from a premiere institute
- Experience of having worked in an Ad-Agency would be preferred
- Brand building and experience in working on niche brands. Having prior experience of building Aspiration / Premium and Forward looking brands especially within Women's Lifestyle / Beauty segment would be a clear advantage
- BTL/ Field marketing/ promotions/ brand activation
- Experience in Digital Marketing. The role would manage all digital touch-points including website, e-commerce and social media to effectively increase brand reach and conversations around the brand socially. Focus on e-commerce sales, reach and engagement matrix on social media.
- A thorough understanding of Customer Acquisition Costs, Conversion Rates, Customer Lifetime Value; analyzing the interplay between marketing spend and customer ROI.
- Must exhibit leadership skills and possess the ability to navigate the entire team to success based on Inputs from founders.
