One of our Manufacturing Client established in 1971 with interest in BLDC motors, EV vehicle charger, Power components etc having headquartered at PEENYA BANGALORE, INDIA is on search for a MARKETING HEAD.

Experience : 20+ years (15 years in EMS)

Qualification : BE - EEE / EC (Minimum)

Handled turn over of 350 cr -500 cr.

Looking for the candidates who has core experience in

- Heading Business Development vertical

- Good knowledge on ODM Verticals ( OWN -DESIGN- MANUFACTUER)

- Good knowledge on CDM Verticals ( CUSTOMER-DESIGN MANUFACTUER)

Job Description -

- Business development experience in EMS industry (Major Experience Desirable)

- Exposure to EV Segment / BLDC Motor / EMC / EMI / Charging station / battery / power electronics division is preferred

- Candidates should be good in New Business Acquisition, Mining Existing Business, Preparing Proposals, Costing, Profitability and Sales Management

- Must conduct market research and develop sales strategy for new service offerings.

- Expert in Prospecting, lead qualification, customer meeting, proactively gauging customer requirements, developing solutions from available offerings, proposal preparation and Sales closure.

- Able to guide a Team of Sales / Business Development
