POSITION OBJECTIVE
- Assume complete responsibilities and ownership of the both Marketing and Brand communications (360 degrees) for the organization.
- Drive Business growth through right Brand placement and Customer Engagement and Communication, which thereby increase footfall in the stores and eye balls in the digital space.

- JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Budgeting & Planning
- Create the Annual Marketing Plans for the group based on the Annual Operating Budgets of various Brands.
- Present the annual marketing calendar for both the group and individual brands.
Corporate Branding, Media Planning
- Create and update the corporate profile on an ongoing basis.
- Create a roadmap for increase in corporate visibility through creation of collaterals and templates.
- Support the CEO in execution of creative.
- Be the point of contact for all media buying and planning decisions.
Brand Activations
- Support Brands through individual activations, In Mall/ Outdoor SOHs
- Create Marketing properties for corporate and various brand.
- Study Brand promotions of competition brands and ensure the respective brands- competitiveness.
PR & Brand Communication
- Ensure right brand visuals always as per brand guidelines.
- Ensure the placement and association of the brand is line with the Brand DNA.
- Create associations with the bloggers- communities and ensure properties are created for Brand enhancement.
- Ensure right print media presence at better than market rates commercials.
Digital Media
- Manage corporate presence in relevant social media.
- Support in enhancement of employer branding initiatives.
- Ensure appropriateness and frequency of all online content.
Customer Insights
- Ensure all discretional buying patterns of customers are studied through a CRM program
- Build in process that increases customer loyalty.
Brand Visuals
- Will be accountable for driving commercials and production of all visual communication materials (offline and Online)
