Head Marketing (Luxury Jewellery)
The candidate will be responsible for creating and executing our marketing strategy. You will lead our marketing campaigns, evaluate marketing performance metrics, and collaborate with internal teams. The key focus is building and executing the brand's performance marketing plans and complete ownership of the DTC revenue.
Responsibilities
- Brand Marketing - Complete understanding and ownership of all aspects - brand strategy, brand architecture, brand building, PR, events, social media and influencer marketing.
- Performance Marketing - drive quality traffic to the site and owning site revenue targets. Manage all performance marketing campaigns working closely with an agency.
- Team Management - Build, coach and train the marketing team.
- Content Marketing - lead the team thinking on content creation and content marketing across all touch points. Including planning and executing shoots for social and other content
- Offline Marketing - Own and execute in store and offline marketing plans to drive footfalls to the store.
- Research - Lead consumer research and consumer understanding studies to build the brand portfolio.
- Manage, own and track the total marketing budget for brand.
- Project management - end to end launch and project management with cross functional teams
Qualifications
- 8 to 12 years experience in marketing
- Ability to multi-task
- Experience is the premium luxury lifetsyle space is preferred - fashion , jewellery , home , travel , beauty or fashion ecommerce
- Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills
